Due to an increase in our volume, we are expanding our network of motivated Call Center representatives for temporary and direct-hire positions in financial, medical, and technology-based industries.

Job Summary

In this position, you will provide an outstanding customer/member experience as you successfully manage outbound and inbound calls. Your professional and friendly demeanor along with your ability to listen is crucial to your success in this role. Call Center duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Requirements

  • 1-2 year experience in a call-center environment
  • Resolve member inquiries
  • Keyboarding experience required
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, and turn
  • Able to handle customer complaints diplomatically
  • Superior verbal and written communication is required
  • Desire to learn new skills, and go above and beyond the call of duty
  • Attention to detail with timely and prompt delivery of requests
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Weekend availability required

Financial Positions
 

  • Banking experience required
  • Proficiency with basic math principles
  • Prior experience working with financial and lending institutions preferred
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and calculate figures and amounts quickly
  • Spanish-bilingual preferred
  • Experience in troubleshooting basic smartphone and web browser issues
  • Commitment to staying abreast of company policies and procedures, and regulatory management of product offerings and services
  • You will efficiently process finance-related requests and updates
  • Diligence in gathering information to effectively streamline processes
